Great place! Doesn't look the best on the outside but everything is amazing (The rooms the shower the service the breakfast) . All for an amazing price as well. Katie took care of me 4 dayz bbefore Christmas and I couldn't have been more satisfied!
Wonderfully accommodating with no Rez, needed 2 rooms for family late at night. Great location, great breakfast options with yogurt and fruit as well. Katie is an asset to the motel. Simple accommodations but clean and safe.
We had to find another place to stay after our original booking elsewhere was messed up, called some places nome pet friendly, called Lone Star inn, not only are they pet friendly, Yes they charge a fee, but our pets are family so we were fine paying the extra fee, the rooms are HUGE other reviews have this Motel as outdated, but we disagree, very clean I love love they have a sofa I'm a couch sleeper so this suited me well, we found the gentleman that assisted us. Very friendly will be staying again and again and again.

Had car trouble while driving from out of state. This was one of 3 hotels that came up. Very small town but got us through it. Pizza Hut, Mc Donald’s, gas station were all close by.
I have been staying at this location at least every month over the last 2 years. It is super convenient for me as I travel for work. Katy at the front desk has always been very sweet and accommodating! There was about a 6-month break when my territory changed and when I was finally scheduled to stay again, Katy remembered me. It was a nice surprise
Definitely a surprise and delight to end our night of travel. Was looking for somewhere for the night and this was perfect on our route. Katy at the front desk was the best and made me feel like a friend. The room was huge, in good condition and comfortable. THE MATTRESS WAS THE BEST, the AC blows cold and the shower was nice. We ended up going to Toro next door to eat and the food was sooo good. Perfect way to end a 12 hour day of traveling on the road.
It is an older inn that is well maintained. No frills just a good clean place to rest up while traveling. It is very close to the highway so it is a little noisy but not bad enough to lose sleep over it. It is close to gas station ,Walmart and places to eat. Really not a bad place to stay and relax.
